My latest range, Memphis, evolved out of my love for design, the freedom in which I enjoy expressing myself, without conforming to traditional design trends. The colours and shapes used to decorate the ceramics depict this experimental, nonconforming creativity. I certainly drew inspiration from the 80’s an era where at the time, I began expressing myself by pushing the limits, only this time round, I have many years of experience contributing to developing a particular style that weaves throughout the decades of my work.
